How long does it take to deliver my 3dRudder?

If you are ordering from our website at www.3drudder.com it will depend on the country of delivery and the delivery option available during checkout. Time may vary between 2-3 days for express shipping when available to 5-7 days for standard shipping.

If you are ordering from a retail partner such as Amazon please check with the retail partner for your shipping estimate and delivery time.

Can I ship to an apartment building, complex, dormitory, or condo?

Yes, 3dRudder can ship to all these!

Make sure all contact and address details are listed in the shipping address to ensure proper delivery. 3dRudder is not responsible for shipping problems due to missing or incorrect addresses. As your 3dRudder shipment may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the shipping option you chose, we recommend choosing an address where you or a trusted designee can sign in person for your shipment.

What if my tracking details show “Delivered, Front Desk/Reception” but I did not receive my order?

If your apartment building, dormitory, or condo has a front office, doorman, mail room, or receptionist, your package may get delivered to them and signed for, per the local rules of your building.

In such cases, it may be considered “delivered” per the carrier’s rules, so we encourage you to sign up for real-time updates on your shipment.

Can I cancel or return my order?

We will process your order most likely on the same day you place the order. Once processed, your shipment will be prepared to ship as soon as possible.

If you decide afterward that you no longer want the order, you will need to return your delivered 3dRudder device. Please contact 3dRudder Support to set up the return. Once your 3dRudder is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed and credited to your payment method.

Shipping expenses are non-refundable. Orders that are returned to us (non-deliverable and/or return for a refund) will be issued a refund, excluding the shipping cost.

If your order does not process due to a payment issue, you can contact 3dRudder support to cancel your order.

Can I change my shipping address while in transit?

We cannot accept changes to the shipment and address once we process your 3dRudder purchase. If it is necessary to change the shipping address, we recommend the following options:

• For UPS shipments: use the UPS My Choice service to have your package held at a location where you can pick it up instead of having it delivered.

• For FedEx shipments: options may vary depending on your region and the type of shipment you chose. Please contact us to review options.

There was a problem with my delivery:

If your order was not delivered at all or if there is an exception error on your tracking, please contact 3dRudder Support for help. If your order was unsuccessful or undeliverable at the address you entered, a refund (net of shipping fees) will be issued to your payment method once the order is sent back and received by 3dRudder. Shipping fees and expenses are non-refundable.

If I shop on the US site, do I have to pay customs fees in my country?

If you live outside of the United States, customs duties and other fees may apply according to your country or residence local import laws. These fees are not collected by 3dRudder and we do not have control of these fees. Please review your country’s import regulations and tariffs before ordering.

If I shop on the EUROPE site, do I have to pay customs fees in my country?
